Content on this website, including service descriptions, FAQs, aftercare guidance, and blog articles, is general information about permanent makeup. It is not medical advice. Answers given through our Google Business Profile, including by Google's automated assistant, are also general information; please confirm anything important with us directly. If you have a medical condition or concern, speak with your doctor before booking.

Appointments and deposits

• Phoenix Brows is by appointment only. Appointments are booked online through our booking site or by contacting us.
• A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The amount is shown when you book, and it is applied toward your total service price.
• Prices are listed on our Pricing page and booking site and may change. Touch-up pricing and what each service includes are listed there as well.
• We accept major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows

• We require at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 72 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the full deposit and may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the service price.
• If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact us to reschedule.

Eligibility and your health

• You must be 18 or older to receive permanent makeup services.
• We do not perform services on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You agree to share accurate information about your health, medications, allergies, skin conditions, and any previous permanent makeup or tattooing. If undisclosed prior work is discovered at your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Some conditions or medications (for example, blood thinners, recent fillers, or a history of cold sores for lip blush) may require a delay, a doctor's clearance, or extra precautions.
• For safety, your artist may decline or reschedule a service if it is not advisable on the day.

Results and aftercare

Permanent makeup results vary from person to person. Skin type, health, sun exposure, skincare products, and how closely aftercare is followed all affect how pigment heals and how long it lasts. Healed results may look softer or lighter than on the day of the appointment, and touch-ups are a normal part of the process. You agree to follow the aftercare instructions we provide; see our aftercare guide.

Photos

We may take before-and-after photos for your client record. We will share photos of you publicly, such as on this website or social media, only with your permission.

Website content

Photos, videos, text, and branding on this website belong to Phoenix Brows SF or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. You may share links to our pages.

Third-party services

Booking and payments are handled by Acuity Scheduling, and our website links to services such as Google Maps, Instagram, and TikTok. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Brows SF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
