  • Yes, a touch-up is typically recommended 6–8 weeks after your initial appointment to perfect color and shape. Touch-ups are not included in the original price and help ensure long-lasting results

  • Healing varies by client. Most heal within 7–10 days, though some may take up to 15 days. It takes about 4 weeks for pigment to fully settle and reveal the final healed result

  • This information will be sent to your email that you used to book the appointment. Please be sure to check your confirmation email and read instructions to help prepare for your appointment.

  • Yes, in rare cases. Certain skin types or medical conditions may cause pigment to fade or reject more quickly. An additional session may be recommended after evaluating how your skin heals.

  • We require clear, makeup-free photos before booking for corrections or cover-ups. Each case is unique and may require multiple sessions. If previous work is not disclosed, deposits may be forfeited.

  • No artist can guarantee perfectly symmetrical brows. Natural facial asymmetry, bone structure, and scarring affect balance. We design brows to look as even and harmonious as possible.

  • We will never begin until you approve the mapped shape. If you decide later you’re unhappy, you can skip the touch-up and the pigment will naturally fade over time.

  • Inspiration photos are encouraged as it helps guide the vibe. However, exact replication is not possible as everyones bones structures and facial features are different. We tailor each set to enhance you. We are happy to work with you if you have a particular way you want your brows to be.

  • Depending on skin type, pigment, and lifestyle, brows typically last 1–3 years. Oily skin types may need touch-ups more often to maintain color intensity.

  • Avoid sweating, swimming, saunas, and sun exposure for at least 10 days. Keep brows dry and clean, and follow your aftercare instructions for best results.

  • Skin type, sun exposure, medications, skincare products, and lifestyle habits like tanning or smoking can influence how long pigment lasts.
