Brow Pre-Care & Day Of

4 Weeks Before — Avoid Botox, fillers, or chemical treatments

These can make your skin more sensitive and may interfere with pigment implantation or symmetry.

4 Weeks Before — Stop using lash or brow serums

Growth serums like Latisse can thin the skin and increase bleeding during your session, reducing pigment retention.

2 Weeks Before — Pause Retinol and exfoliating products

These ingredients can thin your skin and cause irritation, making healing more difficult.

2 Weeks Before — Avoid waxing, tinting, and facials

This gives the skin time to normalize and prevents uneven absorption of pigment.

1 Week Before — Avoid tanning or heavy sun exposure

Sunburned or freshly tanned skin is too sensitive for tattooing and can alter pigment color.

72 Hours Before — Gently exfoliate the brow area

Removing dry skin helps pigment absorb evenly and prevents patchy healed results.

72 Hours Before — Keep the skin hydrated

Healthy, moisturized skin heals faster and holds color better.

24 Hours Before — Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and exercise

These can thin the blood and cause excessive bleeding, pushing pigment out of the skin.

24 Hours Before — Stay hydrated and get rest

Your skin’s hydration and circulation directly impact your healing and color retention.

Day of Appointment — Eat a full meal and dress comfortably

Maintains blood sugar levels and helps you stay relaxed throughout your session.

Brow After-Care

Wash brows after your appointment

Use Lukewarm water, splash brow & pat dry with cotton round. Every hour, take a cotton round and pat brows every hour until you go to bed. You want to wipe away lymph fluid (clear liquid, looks like your brow is sweating). More that you wipe off, the less you'll scab.

Keep brows dry and untouched for 7–10 days

Moisture can cause pigment loss or disrupt scabbing.

Avoid picking or scratching

Picking can remove pigment and create uneven healed areas.

Apply ointment sparingly as directed

Too much moisture suffocates the skin; a thin layer keeps it protected while it heals. Oily & combination skin = no ointment

Avoid makeup and skincare on the treated area

Active ingredients can irritate and fade the pigment before it sets.

No swimming, sweating, or steam for 10 days

Water and heat open pores and can cause pigment to lift prematurely.

Expect color to fade 30–40%

The initial color appears darker, then softens as the skin regenerates.

Brow Touchup Policy

Healing + fading is normal

Your brows will appear bold at first, then fade and soften by up to 40% as they heal — this is normal.

Touch-up timing

A follow-up 6–8 weeks later refines color and shape for lasting results.

Long-term results

Proper preparation, aftercare, and touch-ups ensure your brows look natural and balanced for up to three years.
